I have an iPhone 11 and it was slowly getting harder and harder to charge where I had to move the charging cord all over the place to get it to charge. Also people that I talked to on the phone said that my voice was muffled as well. I took the phone in to get it looked at and I told the man what I was doing and he said let me take a look at it so we went in the back room for about five minutes and brought the phone back out and plugged it in and the charging worked perfect. He said it was just very very dirty and he cleaned it back there and didn’t charge me anything even when I tried. Great service and I will go back

I should have posted a few years ago. I’m an old guy so seems I’m not supposed to be a techie. Twice I took my iPad to Experimac with an“insurmountable” issues. Once, I think the owner fixed it in just 5-minutes and didn’t charge me. The other time he took a good bit of time to remove a program and reinstall it. I was prepared to pay, but no; he wanted nothing. Never have I had that much help anywhere at no expense! 5-STARS. (Wanderer)

A very sketchy place. Took my laptop in because its display had blacked out when I had walked away from it and I couldn't manage to get it to work again except one time. The employee there took it and contacted me saying that it wasn't the display, the cord or anything else mechanical that he could see. He asked for my password to look at the settings. Then the owner of the shop returned and I was notified that I had a bad cable and would have to have the display replaced. ( $400 Bad design by Apple). I thought about it and decided that I would just purchase an Apple Neo laptop. I picked up my laptop, from Experimax, a week ago and it has worked without any problems every time that I have tried using it. ??? I don't doubt that they can do excellent work on electronics. I am just questioning their ethics. They doubled back on their word about their assessment. Following the owner's reassessment they tried to get $400 out of me. This place just sketched me out. Maybe I'm wrong. IDK. Maybe I'm not.

This place is The Best when you need any computer or iPhone help. I have been to this store many times over the years. Always very helpful. Great Customer service. Price is good. I give them a Five Plus Star rating !!
